It was so comforting to sit in God's love for me-- which exudes off of every single page. The reflection questions were powerful for me. I have grown up in the church so a lot of the questions I had asked before but in earlier seasons of my life. I have found myself disconnected from my purpose in this season of mid-life after walking through some pretty hard things. This book reminded me of truths I have known for a long time. I sat in these reflection questions from a new place -- seeing the things I needed to see at this moment in my life. I was brought back to my "first love."
